Tata Elxsi selects Deloitte Haskins & Sells as statutory auditors for five years

Tata Elxsi has appointed M/s Deloitte Haskins & Sells Chartered Accountants LLP as its statutory auditors for a five-year term, commencing after the conclusion of the company's 38th Annual General Meeting in 2027 and concluding after the 43rd AGM in 2032, subject to shareholder approval. The current statutory auditors, M/s BSR & Co. LLP, will continue to serve until the conclusion of the 38th AGM, marking the completion of their second consecutive term.
