ACME Solar Holdings establishes two subsidiaries in India to advance renewable energy projects

ACME Solar Holdings Limited announced the incorporation of two wholly owned subsidiaries, Amshuman Renewables Private Limited and Urjita Powertech Private Limited, on October 13, 2026, with a registered office in Gurugram, Haryana, India. The company subscribed to 100% of the initial paid-up share capital in cash, amounting to Rs 100,000 (10,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each), with the new entities focused on development, establishment, and operation of power generation and renewable energy projects.
