Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers allotted 44,350 shares under its Employee Stock Option Plan

Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers Limited announced that its Nomination & Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 44,350 equity shares under the company’s Employee Stock Option Plan 2023, with an exercise price of Rs 5 per share. Consequently, the company’s paid-up share capital increased from Rs 31,53,32,000 consisting of 6,30,66,400 equity shares to Rs 31,55,53,750 consisting of 6,31,10,750 equity shares.
