Aban Offshore confirms regulatory compliance filing with Indian stock exchanges

Aban Offshore Limited, undergoing corporate insolvency resolution process (CIRP), has submitted a certificate to the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange confirming compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 2026, as per a filing on October 13, 2026. The certificate, issued by Registrar and Share Transfer Agent Cameo Corporate Services Limited, confirms the handling of securities received for dematerialization and their subsequent listing on stock exchanges.
