Windlas Biotech's Vivek Dhariwal resigns as chairman, citing personal commitments

Windlas Biotech Limited announced that Vivek Dhariwal, Independent Director and Chairman of the Board, resigned from his position with effect from close of business hours on October 12, 2026, citing personal reasons and prior commitments. Dhariwal will also cease to be a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the company.
