Southern Magnesium confirms securities dematerialization compliance with SEBI regulations

Southern Magnesium and Chemicals Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it has complied with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, regarding the dematerialization of securities for the period from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, as confirmed by Company Secretary Jagan Mohan Gobburi of Aarthi Consultants Pvt Ltd.
