Popular Vehicles and Services Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on October 13, 2026, confirming details of dematerialized and rematerialized securities for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, with MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, acting as the Registrar and Transfer Agent.
