Atharva Poly-Plast Limited submitted a compliance certificate dated 6th October 2026 to the BSE Limited, received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, confirming no securities were received for dematerialization during the quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
