Chembond Chemicals Limited, formerly Chembond Chemical Specialties Limited, will hold a board meeting on Saturday, October 24, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, on both standalone and consolidated bases, the company said in a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. Trading window for securities of the company will remain closed for directors, officers, designated persons, and their immediate relatives until Monday, October 26, 2026, following the board meeting.
