Urban Company plans to raise funds via equity shares or convertible securities

Urban Company Limited, formerly known as UrbanClap Technologies India Limited and UrbanClap Technologies India Private Limited, will hold a board meeting on Friday, October 16, 2026, to consider and approve a proposal to raise funds through the issuance of equity shares or other securities convertible into equity, including warrants, debentures, and convertible preference shares, in Rupee denomination, potentially via a qualified institutions placement.
