Amagi Media Labs confirms certificate from MUFG Intime India regarding share dematerialization

Amagi Media Labs Limited disclosed that it received a certificate from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, confirming no requests for dematerialized or rematerialized equity shares during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
