Burnpur Cement Limited submitted a certificate to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, received from Niche Technologies Private Limited, its Registrar & Share Transfer Agent, confirming compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
