Creative Newtech Limited confirms securities acceptance via certificate filings with Indian exchanges

Creative Newtech Limited submitted a certificate to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming securities received from depository participants were accepted or rejected and listed on stock exchanges, and that Bigshare Services Private Limited has mutilated and cancelled security certificates after verification and substituted the depository’s name in the register of members.
