Garodia Chemicals confirms securities dematerialization processed, certified by MUFG Intime

Garodia Chemicals Limited, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, confirmed that securities received from depository participants for dematerialization were accepted or rejected by the depositories and listed on stock exchanges, with certificates subsequently mutilated and cancelled, as certified by MUFG Intime India Private Limited for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
