Darshan Orna received confirmation from KFin Technologies regarding share dematerialization requests

Darshan Orna Limited informed the BSE that it has received a certificate from KFin Technologies Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, confirming no requests for dematerialization or rematerialization of shares were received during the period from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories & Participants) Regulations 2018.
