Tata Capital to review financial results and potential MTN Programme expansion next week

Tata Capital Limited will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and to consider enhancement of the aggregate limit of its existing Medium Term Note Programme through the issuance of foreign currency bonds/debt instruments under the MTN Programme. Trading window for the company’s securities has been closed for designated persons and their related persons from Wednesday, September 23, 2026, until Thursday, October 29, 2026.
