Virtual Global Education to consider subsidiary sale and potential equity share issuance

Virtual Global Education Limited will hold a board meeting on October 21, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, the appointment of Key Managerial Personnel, and a proposal for the sale/disposal of its subsidiary, Shikshan School Private Limited. The board will also deliberate on a proposal to raise funds through the issuance of equity shares, securities, or convertible instruments, subject to statutory and regulatory approvals.
