Senores Pharmaceuticals re-appoints Swapnil Shah and Chetan Shah for three years

Senores Pharmaceuticals Limited announced the re-appointment of Mr. Swapnil Jatinbhai Shah as Managing Director for three consecutive years, effective October 15, 2026, subject to shareholder approval, and Mr. Chetan Bipinchandra Shah as Whole Time Director for three consecutive years, effective November 10, 2026, also subject to shareholder approval, following a board meeting held on Tuesday, October 13, 2026.
