Manba Finance secures committee approval to issue Rs 60 crore in debentures privately

Manba Finance Limited announced that its Finance Committee approved the issuance of 60,000 listed, rated, senior, secured, transferable, redeemable, non-convertible debentures with a face value of Rs 10,000 each, totaling Rs 60 crore, on a private placement basis. The debentures, bearing an interest rate of 10.50%, are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE Limited and will mature on January 12, 2029.
