Aikyam Financial Services Private Limited has commenced an open offer to acquire up to 11,85,002 equity shares, representing 26% of the total equity and voting share capital on a fully diluted basis, from public shareholders of Inani Securities Limited at a price of Rs 60 per share. The acquisition, facilitated by merchant banker Bonanza Portfolio Limited, will result in Aikyam Financial Services gaining control over Inani Securities Limited and trigger a mandatory open offer under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
