Entero Healthcare Solutions allotted shares to employees under its 2023 stock option plan

Entero Healthcare Solutions Limited announced the allotment of 43,155 equity shares of Rs 10 each to eligible employees upon the exercise of vested options under the Entero Employee Stock Option Plan 2023, according to a regulatory filing on October 12, 2026. The shares were allotted at an exercise price of Rs 804 for 19,155 shares and Rs 1,124 for 24,000 shares, resulting in a total issued share capital of Rs 43,56,62,270.
