PTC India Financial Services extends Malhotra’s tenure as MD&CEO for another year

PTC India Financial Services Ltd. approved the extension of Rajiv Malhotra’s tenure as MD&CEO (Additional Charge) for one year, from December 1, 2026, to November 30, 2027, subject to shareholder approval, and extended the tenure of Manohar Balwani as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer for one year, from November 6, 2026, to November 5, 2027. The board also appointed Govinda Garg, or another officer nominated by Malhotra, as the Nodal Officer to assist with the process of exploring opportunities for monetization of PTC India Limited’s investment in PTC India Financial Services Ltd.
