Ola Electric reports receiving a certificate from MUFG Intime India for Q3 2026

Ola Electric Mobility Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that it has received a certificate from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
