Regency Fincorp Limited, formerly known as Regency Investments Limited, submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited on October 12, 2026, confirming that securities received for dematerialization between July 1, 2026, and September 30, 2026, were processed and cancelled within 15 days, as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, with Mas Services Limited acting as the Registrar & Share Transfer Agent.
