Simultaneously, Vivek Dhariwal resigned as an Independent Director, also effective October 12, 2026, stepping down as Chairman of the Board and member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, citing personal reasons and prior commitments.
