MobiKwik allotted equity shares to option holders under its 2014 Employee Stock Option Plan

One MobiKwik Systems Limited announced that its Securities Allotment Committee approved the allotment of 3,14,767 equity shares to eligible option holders under the MobiKwik Employee Stock Option Plan 2014, with exercise prices of Rs 34.75 and Rs 32.75 per share for 170,882 and 143,885 shares respectively. Consequently, the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up equity capital increased to Rs 15,81,23,368 consisting of 7,90,61,684 equity shares of Rs 2 face value each, from Rs 15,74,93,834 consisting of 7,87,46,917 equity shares.
