Skipper Limited appoints Rabindra Nath Nayak as Additional Director for five years

Skipper Limited’s board of directors approved the appointment of Rabindra Nath Nayak as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent) for a five-year term, commencing October 12, 2026, and authorized a postal ballot to seek shareholder approval. The board also approved the incorporation of a private company, Evergrid Pvt. Ltd., as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Skipper Limited, with an authorized capital of Rs 250 crore and an initial issued capital of Rs 1 crore.
