Laxmipati Engineering Works confirms securities dematerialization completion per SEBI regulations

Laxmipati Engineering Works Limited, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, confirmed that securities received for dematerialization as of September 30, 2026, have been listed on the stock exchange and certificates have been mutilated and cancelled, with the name of the depository substituted in its records, according to a certificate received from Bigshare Services Private Limited.
