Central Bank of India’s board will meet October 17th to review financial results

Central Bank of India will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on Saturday, 17th October, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and six months ended 30th September, 2026, the bank said in a filing. The trading window for the bank’s directors, designated employees and their immediate relatives was closed from 1st October, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results, reopening on 20th October, 2026.
