Master Trust Limited acquires Future Colonizers & Construction through insolvency resolution

Master Trust Limited has acquired 100% shareholding in Future Colonizers & Construction Limited through a corporate insolvency resolution process approved by the National Company Law Tribunal, resulting in Future Colonizers & Construction Limited becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Master Trust Limited. The acquisition involved an upfront payment of Rs 50,00,000 in cash and was approved by the Board of Directors of Future Colonizers & Construction Limited on October 12, 2026, pursuant to a resolution plan.
