Sita Enterprises Limited, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, has received a certificate from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, confirming the acceptance or rejection of securities received for dematerialization and their subsequent listing on stock exchanges.
