Niraj Cement confirms regulatory compliance for September quarter, per exchange filings

Niraj Cement Structurals Limited submitted a certificate to the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange on October 12, 2026, confirming compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. The certificate, dated October 3, 2026, was received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, the company's Registrar & Share Transfer Agent.
