Sobha Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on October 19, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. The trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives was closed from October 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
