Leading Leasing Finance confirms no outstanding securities for quarter ended September 30, 2026

Leading Leasing Finance and Investment Company Limited submitted a certificate to the Bombay Stock Exchange and Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India confirming that it had no outstanding non-convertible securities and therefore did not need to provide details of unpaid interest, dividends, or principal obligations for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
