Indo-National Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that its board of directors approved the execution of a Memorandum of Agreement with Radiohms Agencies, RAL Consumer Products Limited, and Rajendra Prasad Khaitan. The agreement records the cessation of Radiohms Agencies and RAL Consumer Products Limited as authorized wholesale distributors for Bihar, West Bengal, and North-Eastern States in India, effective September 26, 2024, and includes a settlement of inter-se payables. Rajendra Prasad Khaitan, a member of Indo-National Limited’s promoter group, and the distributors have also entered into non-compete and non-solicit obligations, with a payment of Rs 23,56,09,560 to be made by Indo-National Limited.
