Rishabh Digha Steel appoints S.D. Jain & Co. as statutory auditors for five years

Rishabh Digha Steel & Allied Products Limited announced that its board of directors approved the appointment of M/s. S.D. Jain & Company as the company's statutory auditors, succeeding M/s. Bilimoria Mehta & Co., effective October 12, 2026, initially to fill a casual vacancy and subsequently for a term of five consecutive years until the conclusion of the company's 40th Annual General Meeting in 2031, subject to shareholder approval at an Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for November 5, 2026.
