CARE Ratings Limited’s board will meet October 29 to review financial results and dividend

CARE Ratings Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, October 29, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and to consider a potential interim dividend for the financial year 2026-27. The trading window for the company’s shares, which was closed from October 1, 2026, will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are declared, as per Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations.
