Atul Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India that it is forwarding a certificate received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, regarding details of shares dematerialised during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
