Uravi Defence confirms compliance with SEBI regulations for the quarter ended September

Uravi Defence and Technology Limited, formerly known as Uravi T and Wedge Lamps Limited, submitted a certificate to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on October 12, 2026, confirming that Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 is not applicable for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as all shares are held in demat form and no rematerialisation requests were received, according to a certificate from Registrar and Share Transfer Agent Bigshare Services Private Limited dated October 6, 2026.
