Kopran Limited confirmed compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, according to a certificate issued October 6, 2026. The confirmation, based on information received from Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd., the company’s registrar and share transfer agent, stated that securities received for dematerialization were confirmed and that security certificates were mutilated and cancelled after verification by the depository participant.
