Motherson Sumi Wiring India Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that KFin Technologies Limited, formerly known as “KFin Technologies Private Limited,” has issued a confirmation certificate under Regulation 74(5) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the period from July 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026.
