Urja Global Limited submitted a certificate to the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange, as per Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming the dematerialization of securities and cancellation of physical share certificates through its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, Alankit Assignments Limited.
