Abhipra Capital Limited, acting as Registrar and Transfer Agent for Octavius Plantations Ltd, confirmed that securities received for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, were accepted or rejected by the depositories and that the certificates have been mutilated and cancelled following verification by the Depository participant.
