Nam Securities Limited submitted a regulatory certificate concerning dematerialized securities to BSE Limited

Nam Securities Limited informed BSE Limited that it is submitting a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming that securities received for dematerialization were accepted by the depositories and have been listed on stock exchanges. The certificate, submitted through Beetal Financial & Computer Services Pvt Ltd, also confirms that the security certificates were mutilated and cancelled after verification and the depositories' names were substituted in the register of members within 15 days.
