Dr. Lal PathLabs invests to acquire remaining stake in CentraPath Labs for up to Rs 30.3 crore

Dr. Lal PathLabs Limited has made a further investment in its wholly owned subsidiary, PathLabs Unifiers Private Limited, by subscribing to its equity shares on October 12, 2026, to fund the acquisition of the remaining 30% equity stake in CentraPath Labs Private Limited, another subsidiary of PathLabs Unifiers Private Limited, which will then become wholly owned. The cash consideration for the investment will not exceed Rs 30.3 crore.
