Maruti Infrastructure Limited informed the BSE Limited on October 12, 2026, that MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, confirmed the acceptance or rejection of securities received for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
