Sutlej Textiles and Industries Limited informed the BSE Ltd. and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that it has received a certificate from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, confirming the processing of securities for dematerialisation for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
