Brigade Enterprises Limited has received a certificate from KFin Technologies Limited, acting as Registrar and Transfer Agent, confirming the dematerialization and rematerialization of securities for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, and has furnished the details to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
