Goodluck India’s board approved a corporate restructuring including subsidiaries Goodluck Defence and Green Energy

Goodluck India Limited announced that its board approved expanding the scope of a previously proposed corporate restructuring to include the amalgamation of Goodluck Defence and Aerospace Limited, a material subsidiary, and Goodluck Green Energy Limited with and into the company, following an earlier in-principal approval on July 11, 2026.
