Raw Edge Industrial Solutions Limited informed the BSE that, pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, neither the company nor Bigshare Services Private Limited, the company’s registrar and transfer agent (RTA), received any requests for dematerialization of securities during the quarter.
